Code of Student Community Standards
The Humber Code of Student Community Standards (the Code) outlines individual and community expectations regarding student actions and behaviour. The Code sets out Humber’s expectation that students at Humber are expected and required to act with a higher level of responsibility in order to preserve a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning and working community.

Academic Regulations
The Academic Regulations apply to all students within Humber and all current students enrolled in any program or course offered by Humber, in any location. These policies and procedures outline the requirements students need to fulfill in order to uphold their academic responsibilities.

Human Rights and Harassment Policy
Humber has a legal and moral responsibility and accountability, to ensure that all its members are treated fairly, equitably, and respectfully, in providing a learning, working and living environment free from Discrimination and harassment. The purpose of this Policy is to prevent Discrimination and Harassment through greater awareness of and responsiveness to human rights and Harassment complaints by ensuring they are dealt with expeditiously and effectively through consistently applied policy and procedures. In addition, this Policy affirms Humber’s commitment to a positive experience for the Humber Community with respect to human rights, equity, and inclusivity.

Sexual Violence Policy
Humber is committed to addressing sexual violence within the community through education, awareness, prevention, support, legislative monitoring, and compliance. Individuals and groups who commit, or attempt to commit, acts of sexual violence will be subject to processes and outcomes as per this policy and the relevant procedure.
