• do you do not have a compatible smartphone to install the ONECard app;
• would prefer not to use your personal smartphone for ONECard purposes; or
• have a legitimate academic or business need the ONECard app does not satisfy.

All submissions are subject to approval. Fulfillment typically takes three business days or less.
