Note - you will only be able to add funds to accounts that you are eligible for.

How to load funds to your ONECard account(s):

  1. Go to myONECard.humber.ca
  2. Click on one of the following options:
    • Parents
    • Students
    • Staff
      Note - funds can be added to a Student’s ONECard account by the Student or their Parents.
  3. Complete these additional steps:

    • Parents
      1. Enter the Student N number and Last Name
      2. Click GO
      3. Select an account and enter the amount you want to deposit
      4. Click Add Funds
      5. Complete the checkout process
    • Students and Staff
      1. Sign in with your Humber credentials (username and password)
      2. Click Add Money
      3. Select an account and enter the amount you want to deposit
      4. Click Add Funds
      5. Complete the checkout process
  4. That’s it! Your funds will be reflected in your ONECard app almost instantaneously

Viewing your ONECard account balance(s) and transaction history

To view your ONECard account balance(s), open the Avro Mobile app and select the Account Balance icon from the bottom of your screen. From there you can see the account balance(s) for all your ONECard accounts. To view transaction history for an account, select the account name and then select History.

Note – account balance(s) and transaction history can also be viewed on myONECard.humber.ca. Parents cannot view a student’s transaction history.
