Ensure your phone’s Bluetooth (for iOS and older Android devices) and NFC (for Android devices) is turned ON. Note: These services should automatically turn on if your app permissions are set up correctly on your smartphone.
Bring your smartphone close to the card reader for the purchase you are trying to make.
That’s it! Funds will automatically be deducted from the correct Account. Note:
Some services on campus will require you to continue using your physical card(s) to pay for services until those service areas have been upgraded for ONECard use.
If you do not have sufficient funds for the purchase, payment will not be processed. In such cases an alternative payment method must be used.
