Dear Learners:

As we have throughout the pandemic, Humber continues to follow government and Public Health guidelines and directives and respond when there are increases in COVID-19 cases. Due to the growing dominance of the Omicron variant and recent guidance from the Ontario Chief Medical Officer of Health, we have made the decision to stop all in-person exams from January 4, 2022- January 23, 2022, to help curb the spread of COVID-19. Those learners who had in-person exams scheduled have been notified to confirm alternative arrangements. The Real Estate Education Programs, delivered by Humber, will continue to be held online for the foreseeable future.

Delivering Courses and assessments online for both the Real Estate Salesperson and Real Estate Broker programs means that Learners can continue to pursue their career goals during these evolving times.

We will continue to monitor any new developments and provide updates as the information becomes available.

Key Information for Winter 2022

Humber Holiday Closure
Humber will be closed from December 24, 2021, to January 3, 2022.

Vaccination Requirements for Winter 2022
As the Real Estate Education Programs are delivered completely online, we will continue to support you in your learning journey. You will only be required to complete the Vaccination Declaration Form and provide proof of vaccination* or exemption if you come to campus. You will receive the necessary forms and instructions when purchasing an in-person examination.

We are committed to keeping our students and employees connected and informed. Please return to our website, as our FAQ and COVID-19 Updates pages will continue to be updated to provide key resources and information about college initiatives and what to expect when coming to campus.

*Per our COVID-19 Vaccination Policy, fully vaccinated means having received two (2) doses of a double-dose vaccine or one (1) dose of a single-dose vaccine approved by Health Canada or the World Health Organization and having had the final dose at least fourteen (14) days prior.

At this time, a booster shot is not required to be considered fully vaccinated, as per Humber's policy.

Take care and be well,
