Climate & Sustainability Professional Development Opportunities

The Office of Sustainability is excited to share some opportunities to engage in climate and sustainability topics this fall: 

Climate Action Open Course MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) is available to anyone, anytime! This self-paced, online course empowers learners to take meaningful action on the climate crisis. In just three to five hours, participants will explore four key modules covering:

Provision, Service and Consumption of Alcohol on Campus

The provision, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages on campus is subject to the regulations of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) and the Liquor License Act of Ontario. Humber is licensed to serve alcoholic beverages only in the designated areas listed below and only under the supervision of Food Services and the Longo Faculty of Business.

FLAS Grab 'n Go Food Bank open for Fall 2025 at the North Campus

The Faculty of Liberal Arts and Sciences is pleased to announce that the FLAS Grab 'n Go Food Bank is open for the Fall 2025 term at the North Campus!

The Grab 'n Go Food Bank cart is located on the 5th floor of the LRC outside of the Faculty of Liberal Arts and Sciences, and will be available on a rotating schedule throughout the Fall term.

For September, food will be available on:

  • Thursday, September 18
  • Friday, September 26
  • Monday, September 29
