2020-2021 Admin Staff Performance Reviews

It’s that time of year again!

Performance reviews are an opportunity for managers and employees to have a meaningful conversation about the employee’s performance over the preceding year. Coming out of the discussion, the employee should understand how well they are performing in their role, what their strengths are, how they can improve and contribute more in their role, and what support they can expect from their supervisor and the College to enable their performance.

Performance reviews for administrative staff must be submitted to HROE by April 30, 2021. The review period is April 1, 2020 until March 31, 2021.

The Admin Performance Review and Development Form is attached to this announcement and can also be downloaded from the Managers Resources section on the OE website.
