T4 Tax Statements (Statement of Remuneration Paid Forms) for 2024 are now available to be downloaded from the Human Resource Management System (HRMS). 

To view and download your T4 statement within the HRMS, please follow the step-by-step instructions to Download your T4 Tax Form. 

Please note: 

• If you have had multiple assignments during the 2024 year under the Full-Time and/or Part-Time payroll categories, you will receive multiple T4 statements. Please use all T4 statements when filing your income taxes for the 2024 calendar year. 

• If you do not have access to a printer and wish to have a printed copy of your T4 statement mailed to the address we have on file, please contact the HR Support Centre.
