Call for Art Submissions for the 38th Annual Humber Art Show

On behalf of FMCA Galleries and Student Success and Engagement (SSE), the Humber Public Relations Certificate students are organizing the 38th Annual Humber Art Show. We kindly request your assistance in spreading the word about the upcoming art submissions to the students in your department.

Calling all students to submit your art and win prizes. This is your opportunity to submit artwork to the 38th Annual Humber Art Show.

The art submission period is from February 19 to 25, with prizes totaling over $4,000.

Students can enter in six categories:

  1. Colour Photography
  2. Drawing
  3. Monochromatic Photography
  4. Painting
  5. Digital Art
  6. Other.

The competition presents a professional opportunity for students to share their artistic vision with the Humber community and beyond.

Submission Guidelines:

  1. Deadline: Please submit your application and artwork from February 19 to 25
  2. Eligibility: Open to all students currently enrolled at Humber College, Guelph-Humber and the International Graduate School

How to Apply:

  1. Complete the Artwork Submission Form
  2. Prepare high-quality images of your artwork for submission and may not exceed 1 MB
  3. Upload your application form and artwork on this website: www.humber.ca/studentartshow

Selection Process

A panel of jurors, consisting of esteemed faculty members and art professionals, will review all submissions. Winning pieces will be displayed at the North Campus LRC Gallery from March 20 to April 3. The 38th Annual Art Show Reception will be on April 8 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Lakeshore Campus, G Building.
