What's with all the construction signs?!

The Capital Development and Facilities Management department is currently working on several large scale projects including an envelope retrofit, water efficiency, lighting and window upgrades, and construction of two new buildings, both the CTI Facility and Parking structure.

Scheduled for completion April 2018, the North Campus CTI facility (93,000 SF) will pioneer a new model of education focused on collaboration & partnership with the communities Humber serves and on technological advances that are needed for innovation, automated manufacturing & human-centred solutions for the 21st century.

Also on the North Campus, our 1,000 space multi-deck parking structure with solar array offering both retail and office space is on schedule for completion February 2018.
