Drop-In Mindfulness Sessions for Staff and Students

The Centre for Innovation in Health and Wellness (CIHW) invites Humber faculty, staff, and students to participate in 20-minute guided mindfulness sessions.

Offered as part of CIHW's Mental Health Innovation Lab pilot, these free sessions are led by Humber students and staff members.

No need to register—just drop by room K 201 at Humber's North Campus to join in at any of the times below.

Session Timings (until April 11, 2025)

  • Mondays at 12 p.m.
  • Wednesdays at 12:30 p.m.
  • Thursdays* at 11:30 a.m.
  • Thursdays* at 2 p.m.

*Thursday sessions begin March 13, 2025.
