On Monday, October 7, Chef Kantor provided a cooking demonstration for HRT culinary students in the afternoon prior to the screening of the film El Bulli: Cooking in Progress. The screening was followed by a lively Q&A and a tasting of the dishes prepared earlier in the day. All of which took place in the recently renovated Humber Room. Fabulous!

On behalf of the School of Liberal Arts and Sciences, the School of Hospitality, Recreation and Tourism, and the Department of Liberal Studies Film Series, I would like to thank all the people involved in making this second of three installments of the Cinema + Chef series a success.
