Spring 2020 graduates and Fall 2020 graduating students received the following email recently about the cancellation of convocation in November.
Dear Humber Spring 2020 Graduates,
Several months ago, when we made the difficult decision to postpone the Spring 2020 in-person convocation, we noted that the online Graduation Celebration was an opportunity to celebrate your accomplishments and show pride in your achievements.
We had hoped that at a future date we would be able to mark the occasion with you in person. Unfortunately, as the COVID-19 pandemic continues, this is no longer possible.
We are proud of you and wish that things were different. We want to celebrate your success.
While you had the opportunity to celebrate in June, you are invited to join your fellow Fall 2020 graduates for a virtual celebration on Wednesday, November 25 at 1 p.m. EST. This celebration will include an address from President Whitaker, as well as formal acknowledgement of the credential you have earned.
Graduating students will receive a package from Humber that includes celebratory items to mark this special occasion. Please ensure your contact information (email and mailing address) is up to date on MyHumber.
