The Office of the Registrar is looking for staff to assist with the Fall 2024 Convocation ceremonies. Convocation is taking place from Thursday, November 7 to Friday, November 8 at the Toronto Congress Centre (TCC) - North Building. The ceremony schedule by program can be found on the Convocation website. Duties may include gowning, directional, and Convocation Hall support.

There are five shifts available for non-Office of the Registrar staff, and you may sign up for one or more shifts:

• Morning Shift: 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
• Afternoon Shift: 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
• Full Day Shift: 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Evening Shift: 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
• Full Day & Evening Shift: 8:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.

If you are interested in working Convocation, please sign up and fill out your availability on the MS Form - HERE by Wednesday, October 9.

Please ensure you obtain approval from your manager if you would like to assist with Convocation during your regularly scheduled shift. Faculty members who wish to volunteer for convocation should connect with their Faculty Divisional Marshal.
