Fitness Classes - North Campus

Happy holidays! While the regular fall schedule ends on Friday, December 12, we have opened up lunchtime classes for the week of December 15 to 19. All classes are in Studio B, A227, except for the Friday’s Functional Training, which is in the Functional Training Zone. 

The winter schedule will begin Monday, January 5 and will made available after December 12.  

Monday  

  • 11:10 a.m. – Balance, Stretch, Release 
  • 12:10 p.m. – Pilates on the Ball
  • 1:10 p.m. – Yoga 

Tuesday 

  • 11:10 a.m. – Bootcamp 
  • 12:10 p.m. – Core Focus 
  • 1:10 p.m. – Transform – Total Body 

Wednesday 

  • 11:10 a.m. – Balance, Stretch, Release 
  • 12:10 p.m. – Yoga 
  • 1:10 p.m. – Pilates 

Thursday 

  • 11:10 .a.m – Cardio Strong 
  • 12:10 p.m. – Strength & Conditioning 
  • 1:10 p.m. – Circuit  

Friday 

  • 11:10 a.m. – Functional Training (in Functional Training Zone) 
  • 12:10 p.m. – Circuit 
  • 1:10 p.m. – Balance, Stretch, Release
