The new winter fitness class schedule begins Monday, January 8 and runs until Friday, April 27. Come out and let us help you with your New Year's resolutions. We have classes throughout the day that cater to all fitness levels or book with one of our Nationally Certified Personal Trainers to help you reach your fitness goals.
