The updated Payroll Calendar for the December 2020 - April 2021 months is now available on the HR website.
There is some important information that can be found on the Payroll Calendar, which includes:
- Deadline for employees to submit their Time Cards
- Deadline for managers & delegates to approve the submitted Time Cards
- Deadline for managers to submit the completed contracts
- Deadline for employees to accept and eSign contracts
- Deadline for absences and leave submissions and approvals
- Deadline to submit payment authorization form
- Holiday closure dates
- Reading week dates
- Payslip visibility and pay deposit dates
