A huge CONGRATULATIONS to Humber Arboretum staff as well as faculty and students in Humber’s Landscape Technician, Horticulture Technician Apprenticeship, Women’s Horticultural Technician Pre-Apprenticeship, Urban Arboriculture Tree Care and Arborist Apprenticeship programs. Their combined hard work and creativity has been recognized by the community by honoring them with this special award.

Judging was based on originality of design, selection and arrangement of plant material, condition and maintenance, environmental practices, and contribution to the community (including the valuable work in environmental education for GTA residents by the Centre for Urban Ecology).
