Humber has partnered with McLean & Company, an independent HR research firm, to administer our 2024 Employee Engagement Survey to gather your insights and feedback. On March 20, you will receive an e-mail from McLean & Company (survey@mcleanco.com) asking you to participate in an employee survey. As a third-party provider, McLean & Company will ensure the confidentiality of responses and objectivity of the process is maintained. McLean & Company only shares aggregate results of the survey with Humber and not individual responses. No employees at Humber have access to the raw data gathered by the survey or any individual responses.

The survey takes approximately 15 to 20 minutes to complete, and we encourage you to take this opportunity to share your honest perspective and feedback. The leadership team is committed to understanding and acting on your feedback to make Humber a better place to work.

Win a gift card for completing the survey! Humber College will give out ten $50 gift cards through a random draw to employees who complete this survey. At the end of the survey, you will be asked to confirm if you would like your name to be entered to win a prize. Only the names of the winners will be provided to Humber College from McLean & Company. If you opt-in to the draw, your survey responses will remain confidential.
