Humber Employee Engagement Survey (November 17-28) – Why are we doing this?
The Humber Employee Engagement Survey is a key Year 2 business plan initiative that directly related to the goals and success outcomes identified in our institutional strategic plan. The first goal in the Foundations for Success pillar is to “invest in accomplished and engaged employees who are supported in delivering an exceptional student experience.”

Before we can accurately direct institutional resources to achieving this goal, we first need to understand the perspective of our employees. You understand Humber and how we operate better than anyone. Your participation is critical to ensure that get as complete and accurate a reflection of views as possible.
The anonymous, online survey will be conducted by CCI Research and will be accessible from November 17-28. Watch your inbox for the invitation from CCI and share your thoughts!
