The LGBTQ+ Resource Centre and the Life at Humber team have launched the #HumberAlwaysProud social media contest to highlight the fact that although June is Pride month, the LGBTQ+ community should be celebrated all-year round because we are always proud of our identities!

You could win a free photoshoot with the Life at Humber team! Enter our #HumberAlwaysProud contest by using the hashtag #HumberAlwaysProud on Twitter and Instagram or by sharing this post on Facebook and adding why you’re always proud to be a LGBTQ+ person or ally.

To be eligible, a user’s Twitter or Instagram account must be public so that Life at Humber and the LGTBQ+ Resource Centre can see your entry. When sharing the post on Facebook, make sure you select the option to make the post public.

Steps for entering on Facebook:

1. Click Share at the bottom of this post
2. Click 'Share...'
3. Make sure 'Share on Your Timeline' is selected
4. Add in the hashtag #HumberAlwaysProud
5. Add in why you’re always proud to be a LGBTQ+ person or ally
6. Make sure it's a public post so we can see it
7. Press post!

Contest runs from Thursday, May 30 to Sunday, June 23 at 12 p.m. EDT.
