Important message regarding PPCS and emPath retirement
Recently we shared an important communiqué in regards to the retirement of some current systems, and what this will mean for you.
Today we would like to inform you that the Part-time Pending Contracts System (PPCS) and emPATH are now retired, in preparation for the implementation of the new Human Resource Management System (HRMS).
The attached communications outline the actions that need to be taken starting today, July 16, 2019 until the HRMS Go-Live date of August 5, 2019.
Processes that are impacted by PPCS and emPath retirements are:
- PPCS: Non Full-Time Contract recruiting or Contract Administration
- emPath: One time Payments Processing and Payment Processing for Non-Employee Contracts
- emPath: Mid-Year Position (Complement) Changes, End of Secondments, Retirements and Resignations and Terminations
