Jodie Glean, Manager, Human Rights, Equity & Diversity

Please join the Centre for Human Rights, Equity & Diversity | Human Resources in welcoming Jodie Glean to Humber College as Manager for Human Rights, Equity & Diversity.

Jodie has been working within the arena of human rights, equity and inclusion over the past seven years. On completion of her M.A. in Education at Concordia University in 2011, Jodie joined Humber as the Coordinator for the Centre for Human Rights, Equity & Diversity and included in her portfolio was the coordination of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act. In 2013, Jodie joined York University as the Advisor, Education & Communication at the Centre for Human Rights. During her tenure, Jodie led the establishment of York's first pan-university committee on race inclusion, developed education programming and provided consultations in the areas of employment equity, sexual violence prevention and mental health initiatives. Jodie is currently completing her PhD in Education.

Jodie has returned to Humber to lead the AODA portfolio, student training and conduct human rights investigation. Jodie reports to the Director, Human Rights, Equity & Diversity.
