Mark Macdonald, Faculty, School of Community and Social Services - Retirement

Dear Colleagues,

Mark MacDonald is retiring from his role of Professor in the Developmental Service Worker program in the School of Social & Community Services effective June 30th after ten years of faithful service to our students and school.

During his tenure in our School, Mark has taught in the Child & Youth Care diploma and the Developmental Service Worker programs and at Guelph-Humber.  In the past few years, he has been a key player in introducing and integrating the use of ipads and new emerging software into the classroom to help prepare our graduates for the field.

We will miss Mark as part of our school community and are grateful to him for his service on behalf of his students and his programs. We wish him well as he begins a new and exciting chapter in his journey.

Warm regards,

Derek Stockley
Dean, School of Social & Community Services
