Michael Auchincloss, Associate Dean, School of Applied Technology

The School of Applied Technology is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Auchincloss as the new Associate Dean, Skilled Trades and Technology effective June 2, 2014.

Michael has been with the School of Applied Technology since 1999, he began as a professor in the Electrical Apprenticeship program, and later became the Program Coordinator. Michael has most recently been the Program Coordinator of the Electrical Techniques program, he has designed and developed curriculum for two pre-apprenticeship programs, and implemented extremely successful Electrical Apprenticeship C of Q preparation course. His contributions have been recognized with Humber’s Distinguished Faculty Award.

Currently Michael sits as a resource member for the Ontario College of Trades, he has a C of Q in Electrical Construction Maintenance and has worked for 10 years in the commercial, residential and industrial sectors.
