I am delighted to announce that Michael O'Leary will assume the role of Associate Dean in the School of Hospitality, Recreation & Tourism effective July 16th, 2012.

Michael is currently Program Head of the Kinesiology program at Guelph-Humber. Before he assumed that role Michael was a faculty member in HRT for four years, teaching in the Fitness and Health Promotion diploma and the Kinesiology degree programs. Michael is an excellent teacher and has had consistently high SFQ results. Other student feedback notes that he is a very engaging faculty member. Michael will complete his PhD this summer.

I have personally worked with Michael over the last six years and I am very happy to have him be part of the school's leadership team. He brings considerable academic depth and experience to the table.
