Monica McGillivray Celebrates 25 Years at Humber

March 22, 2016

This Monday,  Monica McGillivray celebrated 25 years of dedicated service at Humber. Since she began at Humber in 1991, she has touched the lives of thousands of students and staff across numerous departments and divisions. Many things have changed since 1991, but Monica’s passionate dedication to Continuing Education students, instructors and programs has been unwavering.

If you have been part of the Humber community for a while, there is a very good chance that you have witnessed this first-hand, since she can often be found around the North campus working on a resolution to a student concern. She is one of Humber’s strongest advocates for CE students, a caring and helpful ally to instructors, and we are pleased that she calls the School of Applied Technology her home at Humber.

Those of us who have had the pleasure of having worked with her over the years already know all of this to be true. If you know Monica and have plans to be at the North campus, we invite you to stop by J230 to visit her and congratulate her on this admirable achievement!
Monica, thank-you for all you have done since 1991.

Sincerely,
Carl Oliver and the Applied Technology CE Team
