New Eventbrite Process

We would like to bring to your attention that Eventbrite is no longer a free event management platform. Therefore, in order to publicize events using Eventbrite, it is mandatory that you complete the Eventbrite Request Form. The Eventbrite Request Form is intended for completion by college users seeking to publicize events, whether on or off campus, using Eventbrite. 

After completing and signing the form, click on the "Submit Form" button, this will ensure that a copy of your request is sent to both your email address and financial.reporting@humber.ca.

At the end of the month, faculties/departments will be charged a publishing fee based on the number of tickets created. The fee will be charged to the Fund/Org codes provided on the form and account code 7325 (for example, xxxx-xxxx-7325-xx).

All Eventbrite requests for events are now centralized and a Eventbrite Request Form is to be completed. If you currently have an Eventbrite account, please do not use that account to publicize and pay for events going forward.
