Humber faculty and staff now have the opportunity to nominate international students for the 2014 City of Toronto International Student Excellence Awards.

This is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate our students in front of a broad regional audience of institutions, corporate sponsors, and partners, as well as faculty, staff, and students from across southern Ontario. More detail on the award categories and nomination process is available here.

To date, a Humber student has never won one of these awards. In the past, the University of Toronto has taken home most of the awards, in large part because its faculty and staff have actively nominated many students.

This year, with your support, we’re hoping to see Humber students be acknowledged for awards in several categories.

Nominations can be submitted to Daniella Cross, Manager of International Marketing and Communications (daniella.cross@humber.ca) by July 11, 2014. The nominations will be reviewed, and Daniella will forward them to the City of Toronto for evaluation.
