The Centre for Human Rights, Equity & Diversity is happy to announce that it will be hosting the following upcoming Pathways to Human Rights Education and Action Trainings for the 2018/2019 academic year:
*All Humber employees who have attended a Humber’s human rights training session prior to December 2017, are required to attend a ‘Pathways to Human Rights Education & Action’ training session”. This includes sessional, contract, part-time, and full-time employees. Human Rights laws are constantly evolving and accordingly the Human Rights Policy has been revised with changes.
The updated training requirement is due to the constantly evolving nature of human rights law as well as the Human Rights Policy and Complaint Resolution Procedures being revised.
