Quote Process:

  • Contact at Humber will send through an email or call Roseanne or Maxine. Marco will prepare a quote or provide merchandise suggestions based on the discussion.
  • Quotes will be submitted within 48 hours.
  • If requested a quote can be prepared in a shorter timeline. Humber contact must advise Marco if the quote is required immediately.

Order Process:

  • Once an order is confirmed Marco will require a PO to complete the transaction.
  • Marco will send through a paper proof for each order for approval.
  • Humber contact will sign off on the paper proof that the decoration is correct.
  • All freight and set up charges will be included in quote.

The Marco Corporation has 39 years of experience in the procurement and distribution of promotional product. Our capability comes from our understanding of the importance of logo compliance guidelines as it relates to our client’s standards. We have developed outstanding expertise in all aspects of corporate branding. Working very closely with our clients we control brand application on all merchandise and print.

Embroidery, the main technique used for apparel and luggage items is managed in- house. Marco understands that the quality control standards that our client expects can only be achieved by closely monitoring each production run. Marco’s embroidery operation includes four machines totaling 37 heads of fully automated multicolour embroidery capability. Experienced professional operators know the best technique to use for each type of article.

For screen-printing of apparel, luggage and other flat items, Marco continues to monitor the guidelines as set out by our client. We use the services of reliable local printers with whom we have long standing relationships. Marco rigidly controls the quality of the decoration method to ensure that defective product is not shipped.
