Humber College Institute of Technology & Advanced Learning is pleased to announce the appointment of Ray Dyck as Director, Organizational Effectiveness, commencing February 3, 2014.

Ray joins Humber from Platinum Naturals Limited and brings with him over 20 years of experience as both business leader and Human Resources Professional. He has extensive experience with leading global initiatives in Change Management, Organization Effectiveness, Leadership and Executive Development. Ray brings to Humber a wide-range of HR and consulting expertise, combined with strong leadership capabilities.

Reporting to Deb McCarthy, Vice-President, Human Resources, Ray will be responsible for providing leadership in Schools and departments, leading corporate initiatives in organization and leadership development, and change management activities for key College initiatives.

Ray holds a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from the University of Toronto.
