Security alert from the Department of Public Safety

The Department of Public Safety would like to make the Humber College (North Campus) community aware of a Toronto Police investigation into two reported Homicides that occurred off campus in the Rexdale area. The first incident occurred on September 7, 2020 in the area under the bridge on Highway 27, south of Humber College Blvd. The second occurred on September 12, 2020, in the area of the IMO Mosque located at 65 Rexdale Blvd.

Both male victims were reportedly stabbed. While no specific link has been made between the two incidents, Toronto Police are asking members of the public to be aware of their surroundings and to report suspicious behaviour.
