Registration is in teams of four

A minimum pledge is required to participate:

• Students‐$250 per team
• Faculty/Staff‐$400 per team
• Space is limited to 30 teams

PRIZES will be awarded to:

• Top three fundraising teams
• Top individual fundraiser
• Best team spirit

Deadline to register is November 16, 2012
