Virtual Fitness Class Schedule

Happy Fall! Please join us in a virtual fitness class. We have added more time slots and some new classes for you to get moving from the comfort of your own space - your home, your office, your dorm room or your yard. All of our classes are suitable for all fitness levels as the instructors will show modifications and can be done without any fitness equipment at all or the instructors will show you how to improvise with items in your space.
