NEW: Voice Dialing Functionality

Over the holiday break, new voice dialing functionality was enabled on Humber’s new unified communications platform.

The new functionality was enabled on 416.675.6622 and allows callers to dial an extension by simply speaking a name or extension. So, instead of dialing x5555 to reach Judith Jones, for example, callers can now say “Judith Jones” or “5555” to reach Judith. 

If you have not done so already, please take a moment to set up your voice mailbox and record your personal verification.

IMPORTANT: Only individuals who have recorded a personal verification are reachable through the new voice dialing feature.

Recording a personal verification is easy. Log into your mailbox and select option four followed by option three and option two.
