Bell Let's Talk Day

#BellLetsTalk Day is January 29! We are encouraging all of our students to join the biggest conversation ever about mental health.

This is a national campaign focusing on raising mental health awareness and to encourage conversations about mental health on campus. The mental health of our students is a priority for Humber and University of Guelph-Humber. That’s why we’re joining #BellLetsTalk on January 29 to create a positive mental health environment on campus.

Join us for an exciting event including a guest speaker on January 29 as we celebrate #BellLetsTalk Day.

  • North Campus, LRC concourse at 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
  • Lakeshore Campus, A170 at 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

On #BellLetsTalk Day the following Humber organizations and resources will be joining the planned event and showing their support: Ignite, Humber Athletics, Sexual Violence & Prevention Team, Better Men Project, LGBTQ+, Jack.org., Student Wellness & Accessibility Centre, and Starts with Me.

Bell will be donating five cents on January 29 for every applicable #BellLetsTalk on Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook video view; and every text and talk.
