Culinary Students Will Put Their Skills to the Test During the Nestlé Professional® MINOR’S Food Truck Challenge

Three Humber culinary students will put their skills to the test during the Nestlé Professional® MINOR’S® Food Truck Challenge.

The School of Hospitality, Recreation and Tourism is pleased to announce that special guest Chef Adam Cowan, Corporate Chef of Nestlé Professional will be at the North Campus concourse as a judge during the Nestlé Professional® MINOR’S® Food Truck Challenge.

Three Culinary
students will compete in a head-to-head culinary challenge to win prizes ranging from $500-$1000.
