The Office of Sustainability invites students to join us on a learning and volunteering experience at the Daily Bread Food Bank on Tuesday, February 24 from 12:15 to 3:30 p.m. Participants will learn more about food systems and food distribution efforts in Toronto, while supporting the Food Bank's activities, which may include:
- Sorting donated food into boxes
- Repackaging bulk items into family or individual portions
- Sorting and packing fresh produce
- Labeling and preparing donations for distribution
This opportunity is open to current Humber and Guelph Humber students. Spots are limited.
