The Office of Human Rights & Harassment invites you to attend this start-of-the-semester refresher on the duty to accommodate.

During this session, we will provide an overview of the duty to accommodate for education service providers and employers and our obligations under the Ontario Human Rights Code. We will review the common grounds for which people might request an accommodation (i.e. family status, creed, etc.), undue hardship, and best practices when it comes to accommodation. We will also try to answer any questions about the duty to accommodate you may have.
