The Easy Start Transition Program for Students with Disabilities is an opportunity for students who will be attending Humber to come on campus for a day and a half to familiarize themselves with the staff and services in place to support their disability.

Session 1

• Accommodations that are available and how to receive them
• College campus tour
• Info on financial assistance available to students with disabilities
• Explore what transition means for students and for parents/teachers
• A panel discussion with current students with disabilities
