Facilitator Bio:

Cory Boyd, B.A., LL.B

Cory Boyd is a Partner and Practice Lead at Rubin Thomlinson. He regularly presents at conferences and writes on the subjects of workplace investigations, workplace restorations, bullying and harassment, human rights developments and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act.

At Rubin Thomlinson, Cory applies his analytical skills to conducting workplace and institutional investigations. In addition, Cory assists employers in developing systems to ensure compliance with legal and ethical obligations, creating effective workplace policies and procedures, and delivering training to staff at all levels on their roles within the process. He also works with clients prior to, or following, a complaint in order to identify individual and systemic issues within the organization and to create a plan to restore the workplace and allow employees to move forward.
