Compassion Fatigue is when you are physically and emotionally exhausted and your ability to empathize or feel compassion is reduced affecting your professional and personal life. This course helps you recognize the signs and symptoms of compassion fatigue and gives you tips and techniques to maintain wellness and strategies for recovery.
