Supporting Quality of Life for Seniors: Strategy and Innovation

This free webinar will bring together speakers with expertise in senior care in Canada and Denmark, to discuss their work and research on the topic. Participants from Humber College and University College Absalon (Denmark), will have the opportunity to meet peers from around the world, discuss what they learned, compare and contrast approaches, ask questions directly to the experts, and gain a global perspective on what is being done in the field locally and globally.
Speakers:
Meena Bhardwaj (Canada) will present on Toronto's Seniors Strategy that was co-developed by seniors, sector and community partners with the goal of creating an age-friendly city
Dr. Bettan Bagger (Denmark) will present on her research using Virtual Reality technologies to support seniors with dementia with quality of life
