October is Child Abuse Prevention Month. GO PURPLE Day is Friday, October 18, and the Early Childhood Education (ECE) Student Council will be displaying information pamphlets and taking donations for buttons, ribbons, baked goods, and more at the LRC Councourse.

All proceeds go to BOOST, a non-profit organization that works to prevent child abuse and violence through education and awarness.
