Healthy Minds for Stressful Times continues through April 2019! Please find attached the updated poster for the remaining sessions.

This group will provide students with:

  • Tools and strategies to deal with stress, anxiety and feeling overwhelmed
  • Emotional support

When Every Wednesday, 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m., ending April 24

Students are not required to required to sign up in advance; students can attend as many session as they like
