Counselling Services is excited to announce that they will be running a four-part Healthy Minds for Stressful Times series for students. These workshops will be conducted virtually and will provide students with tools and strategies to cope with stress and anxiety

Important information:
- This workshop will involve psycho-education and experiential portions. There will also be lots of opportunities for interaction between participants.
- The room will be locked at 10 minutes after the session has begun as we do not have time to review curriculum for late arrivals.
- Students can come for as few or as many of the workshops as they would like.
- Students will be asked to keep their video on as interaction is a huge part of this group (involves break out groups and skill practice).
