All Humber employees who have attended a human rights training prior to August 2008 are required to attend a Pathways to Human Rights Education & Action training session as soon as possible. This includes sessional, contract, part-time, full-time, and work-study employees.

Participants at this workshop will:

1. Increase their understanding of key Human Rights terms and concepts in order to more effectively prevent, recognize and respond to allegations
2. Identify ways to enhance inclusion at Humber
3. Receive an overview of Humber’s Human Rights complaints process.

To facilitate your attendance, training sessions will be offered throughout the 2012/2013 academic year. The next available training session will be offered on the following date:
