Humber College Broadcast-Broadband Convergence B²C Lab is a supporting org to the IEEE symposium.

The B²C Lab is a world-class industry research centre designed to explore multisectoral business applications enabled by the new ATSC 3.0 television broadcast standard. The B²C Lab offers leading edge infrastructure including Canada’s only ATSC 3.0 broadcast system—a multiple transmitter OTA broadcast SFN test bed across four Tx/Rx sites, including Toronto’s CN Tower, with the capability to reach nearly 25% of Canada’s marketplace. The lab includes three 5G core networks to explore 5G convergence applications and a vast array of implementations. An RF anechoic test chamber supports design, development and testing of a wide range of antennas, wireless devices, and Prototypes. Together with an accomplished team, the B²C Lab fosters partnerships with Canadian and multinational stakeholders, leading to the development of new products and services in a low-risk innovation environment.
