Borgo Contract Seating Presents: The Humber Industrial Design Chair Show
Please join us for the 2025 Humber Polytechnic Industrial Design Chair Show! This year’s design concept is “a more sustainable future”. In partnership with Plastic Flux, the students have integrated Plastic Flux’s recycled polypropylene sheets into their designs as seating and tablet elements. The chair frames are made of mild steel, so together with the Plastic Flux material, the chair designs are over 90 per cent recyclable.
The 2025 Chair Show is presented by Borgo Contract Seating who without their help and guidance the project would not be possible. We also owe a debt of gratitude to Manortools Ltd. who assisted the students with the metal tube bending. Thank you to Faculty of Media, Creative Arts, and Design Associate Dean, Jenny Charlotte-Hill for her continued support of the project. Also a special thanks to Nienkamper, Copernicus Educational Products, Handling Space, and Anony for their generous support of the Chair Show.
We look forward to seeing you on March 20.
